Ben ritrovati,
ce ne ho messo ed alla fine ho deciso casualmente.
Stavo cercando di dare,dopo 3 anni, il colore mogano al cruscotto in resina del Riva Aquarama......ma perchè non darlo alla cabina della Oulton!!!! detto fatto .
Ho preso il  barattolo di impregnante mogano a solvente,ho chiuso gli occhi eh.....
Cosa ne pensate?
Ora il tetto della cabina lo faccio bianco o mogano?

Mimmo in English: Hi all, I have continued the build and in the end I have decided accidentally. After 3 years of building I was looking for the right colour for the dashboard of the Riva Aquarama.... why not apply it to the cabin of the Oulton as well!!!! Said and done. I took the tin of the mahogany stain with thinners, closed my eyes, and....
What do you think about it? Should I use white or mahogany colour for the cabin roof now? Thanks

@ Ron,detto fatto, ho utilizzato il colore "Cromo" secondo te c'è un distacco o devo intervenire con qualcosa di più lucido?

@ swidoc, appoggiato,prima di fissarlo,il  tetto bianco.

Dimenticavo secondo voi le porte le faccio bianche o mantengo il mogano?

I forgot to ask, in you opinion, the doors should be painted white or should I leave them in mahogany?

 I would do the Mahogony, but a little lighter colour to make them stand out
silver or steel paint on the fittings to try to match the window frames wouds ogood

ok Ron,allora riguardo il mogano provo a farlo un po più chiaro (se ci riesco),
 mentre per le cromature stamane ho preso da Leroy Merlen "Crome effect argent " e credo vada bene o no?

whilst for the chrome fittings I have used Chrome effect silver from Leroy Merlen and I think it looks fine or not?

Giorno a tutti e ben ritrovati.
Purtroppo il mogano non sono riuscito a schiarirlo più di tanto mentre le cromature erano venute benissimo ma al momento di applicarle ho fatto pezzi. Ora,oltre a non avere  più le cornici non so   Cosa fare ..... la lascio senza .

In English: Hi to you all. Unfortunately I was not successful brightening up the mahogany whilst the chrome parts went very well but at the moment I wanted to fix them they got broken. Now that I do not have any more frames I don‘t know what to do....I will omit them. Best regards

@Mimmo: Secondo me sarebbe meglio di ordinare delle cornici nuove. Deans Marine ti aiutera sicuramente. I think it would be better to order a new set of frames. Deans Marine will surely help you.

Un caloroso grazie a Doc e Ron, poco fa è arrivato il pacco con le cornici ed il kit così posso finire la Oulton Lady e iniziare a studiare la prossima barchetta.

A volte si canta vittoria tropo presto,avendo le cornici nuove ho riprovato a togliere il vecchio colore,operazione riuscita ma alla fine ho fatto danni.
Al momento mi fermo ,poi ordinerò un'altra cabina ....la terza.
