NEWS FROM DEANS MARINE
« on: Thursday | 26. March 2015 | 14:24 hrs »
Dear  Modellers
I thought that you might like more news from the edge of the world near Farcet and to let you know the latest news from DEANS MARINE.
We are preparing for the Dortmund show in April where will release some of the new products we exhibited at the Nurnburg fair in January
So lots of new products and kits to follow, watch this space.

First off is the new Connecto range of brass etch modeling tools.
P/E Connecto Crosses C-13
[AAC-13]
All sizes shown are outside Diameters
contains 1 pe sheet with 54 assorted connecto crosses
to be used with MBT13
size: 1.3mm
One of the most exciting new products available to the model maker.
You can now create all kinds of shapes, designs and structures with Albion Alloys micro tubes.
The Connecto pieces are easy to use. Simply remove form the sprue, insert cut lengths of tube and begin to assemble.
The Connecto legs are easily bent or removed enabling 3D shapes to be created easily and simply.

The Connecto product codes act as a helpful guide as to which micro tube it’s to be used with
i.e. C-07 is used with MBT07 / MAT07 / NST07 etc.

Like all the products we supply to industry, all metals are manufactured to extremely tight tolerances enabling
the model maker to conceive and finalize previously impossible projects. Many metals within the range are 'Slide Fit'
giving endless possibilities for model making & miniature engineering applications.

Here is a short Video to Show how Connecto works (external link to YouTube)
We have this item in stock in our online shop and have use it in our workshop,
for assembling mast, frames etc is a great invention and a boon for modeling in metal tubing.
