hi,
I have been given this model as it was going in the bin. sadly the deck tops are missing all other fittings are there as in photo, I do have the plan but was thinking if there was a way of ordering just the top deck. other wise I will make it a part kit part scratch. any help would be great

If I understood correctly, the SS Cordene and the Melanie II are very similar ships.

Hi David,
Have you tried contacting the workshops, they would probably print you of some new decks no problems..

On the other hand... you have the plan, so you could transfer / Trace the measurements onto a pice of plastic or wood which ever you prefer..!

 ss melanie has the guns on it where mine has non, I think that is the only difference I can see.
I will use it for reference when I start building it.

I have decided to build the top deck from scratch and use all the white metal parts etc. as I have the plan. not sure what material yet, as I will start it in the autumn so plenty of time to see.
