Hi
Its been a long time since I sailed this model, some of it because it is so heavy, I have fitted the new mtroniks digital sound system in to it, so time to try it out.
Well pleased with the sound  but I added a sound cone to the top ( a yogurt pot. very technical ) that improved it a lot and gave a deeper sound. The sound speeds up and down with the motor but slowly for better effect, also has a start up sequence, nice, and a foghorn, ( waiting for a switcher unit to try this out.
She steers a treat and handles well for a big heavy model. Model is to 1/12th scale. ( dolls house furniture inside) length is 1.05 mt beam 190mm
May book a holiday on one and take the model with me to sail, without the Bikini clad girl, and I like the idea of anti pub closing speed ?
