we have received some photo of HMS Verulam which has been converted to the S- class HNoMS Stord 1943.
built by Mr Gausemel, from Norway.

HNoMS Stord together with her sister ships Scorpion, Saumares and Savage, were the escort screen for the battleship Duke of York 26 Dec 1943.
They executed torpedo attacks on "Scharnhorst" which slowed her speed to 10 knots.
