Hi All
Lots of questions as to what we are doing,
We are installing three new 3d printing machines to replace some of the resin and alloy casting processes,
3D being slower to produce but less labour intensive and less skilled labour for production, plus in many case much lighter for the smaller models.
The machines must be in a UV light proof area and fume extraction systems fitted plus training, so it will tale time.
The New 3D printed parts are already slowly being added to our kits as new parts are developed but with over 4000 + parts to redesign it will take some time.
We hope to have a large range on display at our open days on the 5-6 September and bags of sample for sale.
Some pictures of a selection of the new parts already in the kits. In time we will produce a online shop and catalogue for all the fittings so they can be purchase as separate items, something we have had many request for in the past but have not been able to supply due to the production costs and labour time involved.
I hope this is of interest
Regards
Ron
