Here you see today are the photos of some comparisons of HMS Fencer 1/96
 with real one for fun.
Real ship photos were quoted from RN photos archives in the internet.

Hi all the RC ship modellers;
Here you see today are the photos of onboard equipments and weapons
seen  here and there on the flight deck.
some or all are toy-like,but they will be possibly replaced with more serious ones
 in the future.
The crews are Japanese except a captain facing forward on the bridge.
They will also be replaced with Roya navy seamen in the future.

Hi all RC ship modellers;
The building of my HMS Fencer 1/96 started as seen below about 12 years ago.
The keel was laid down on Dec,2006 ,and launched on June 2018,completed on Mar 2019.
There were many intervals of 5 or 6 times ,possibly totaling to 8 years or so....?

In the next place,she went like these.
But it took actually lots of time to get here,as she must have been built
 as precisely as possible to have a good result.
The large and long hull has been forcing me to do so naturally and inevitably.

Hi all the Rc ship modellers;
These are the photos taken today in the confirmation sailing
if the new ballast in the hull may have contributed to better stability
even on the actual water.
The result ...?  Yeees! very much improved while the water line was shallowed
 by about 1 cm,by which outer appearance looked more realistic like real one
seen in the old Royal navy photos.
In other words,the free-board has become higher.

Hi Kiyoshi
 Excellent work, very high standard indeed, one of the best models of this ship I have seen in many years, keep up the information all, very interesting.
 As to the sailing the black line is never seen on a warship. the camouflage goes down and in to the water, this makes it harder to range on the ship from a periscope, so sailing with the black line under the water is correct

Hi Ron;
Thank you so much for a kind information on sailing as well as a high compliment
 on my works.
Sailing a model ship on the large lake is a little bit difficult sometimes due to many reasons ,
but I think a large ship like this HMS Fencer 1/96 will be just the size for enjoying not only on the
 water but also on the shelf in the room.

Hi all;

Here you see today are the photos of flight deck installed temporarily.

1st;shows the status of the very beginning.
2nd and after;show the flight deck temporarily installed
  The hull was installed with the side sponsons already and cut away many square parts.

Hi all;
She is becoming an aircraft carrier gradually as seen below,
installed with various parts.
1st;Two deck support frames,the fore and the back,which are detachable
     from the hull for possible future large scale modification and repair.
2nd;sponson installed.There are four around the hull.
3rd;The bridge
4th;Gun enclosures for 40mm and 20mm AAGs
5th;Funnels hollowed and drilled for actual smoking generation
6th;Pipes installed for smoke

Actual smoking scene can be enjoyed in the following video.!
But,smoking was made only at the starboard for trial in the video and
both sides are available now.

Hi all the Rc model ship captains;
HMS Fencer is becoming an aircraft carrier gradually day by day.!
Especially,a cat walk is typical of the aircraft carrier,isn't it.?

Hi all the Rc ship captains;
Here you see are the pics of the hawses and hawse pipes set in my way.
1st;Something strange...no hawse !
2nd;Let's make it!  I drilled two holes,of course.!
3rd;What is this for...?? very important part for hawse pipe,as thin end
     of the alligator clip rubber will be expected to refrain the water from
     inundation.!
4th;The rubber hawse pipes(soft plastics made,actually)inserted and bonded
  into the hawse holes.
5th;Cut excess parts and made flush with the  hull sides.
   The anchor chains will, of course. pass through the hawse pipes
   to the anchor deck.

Hi all the Rc ship captains;
The hawse pipes are ,needless to say,are very important to avoid the inundation
 when a Rc ship should encounter the rough waters during sailing,,,,
1st; HMS Fencer was torpedoed at bow by an enemy sub....!!??  The bow began to sink..
    She was pitching hard repeatedly by the sudden change of weather during a trial run.
