Many thanks ship's doctor and Andy for your help – the drawings are excellent and the photos taken in dry dock will be very helpful.

The historic naval ships association has plans of ww2 tribal free online in their booklet of plans section - these show the position of the keels in section drawings

Thanks for your input rsm – I realised that this was not the Cossack that I am building, regarding drawings, I will see if I can obtain copies.

The plans shown by Colin are for the Emergency War CO class destroyer HMS Cossack not for the  Cossack kit Deans manufacture which is a tribal class destroyer. Norman Ough produced a set of drawings for HMS Matabele a sister ship of HMS Cossack.

I would say, yes, they should be added to the hull..
But I have no idea of the dimensions, maybe if you get a hold of John lamberts plans, that might help you..

Could anyone please advise if the stabiliser strips should be added to the hull? If so can you please advise dimensions. (position on hull)
