 These are taken from the one in the showroom,
 pics taken through glass so not that clear and a bit tight to get around

It's very difficult to find pictures of the Trein Maersk and I can't understand why. Since I haven't seen the model in real when finished, pictures are very helpful and they facilitate the construction.

 There was a full review of the kits published on model boats magazine a few years ago, lots of pictures and infomation. It was also reviewed in the German model magazine Modelwerft (I think) and  also in Scale ships in America.
 Also ask at Deans Marine for a copy of the builders c/d, this has a lot of pictures of the finished model on it and also pictures taken during the build of the original model

Rondean, I have heard about a c/d with a lot of pictures before but still I know nothing about it. Can you please tell me more, how many pictures are there, how do I order it and how much does it cost??

Is there a builders CD available for the Robert E Peary?

I would sure like to get on if possible.

there is a builders CD for most of the Kits, this is mentioned towards the beginning in most of the instruction booklets.

send an Email to contact(at)deansmarine.co.uk or phone the above telephone number, and ask for the  required CD.

there will probably be a small fee, plus postage.

rondean, you mentioned a review of Trein Maersk in model boats magazine. Do you know the publication date? I have been in contact with the editor at model boats and he can scan the review if I can give him the magazine number or publication date. Can you help me with this?

the article in the modelwerft is by the same person, so i would imagine its the same text and photo's just translated into German..

but just in case it was in Volume no 09 / 1998
