Receiver wiring

just tried to wire up my second Cossack and nearly burned the shed down - lots of lessons for all-
use a fuse
check things out (like is this receiver BEC)
learn which way round receiver plugs should go

on the last subject can anyone tell me what coloured wires go where into the receiver for channels and power - seems each item is different (servo, speed controller and power input - made my own and used main motor battery)

oh well, the fire's out and lots of bare wires to sort.

but thanks for another great build so far - happy to swap my tray layout spreadsheet for help on this

hello Ian,

the wiring up of a receiver, is dependent on what system you are using, eg Graupner or futaba or anything else for that matter!

as you have not stated which system or even which receiver there is not realy anything i can do to help!

the channels of the receiver corespond to the channels of the transmitter, so if so to say channel 1 of the transmitter is for rudder then the rudder servo must be conected to channel 1 of the receiver and so on!
