After a year I finished my model of the s.s. “Truro”, however I have renamed the ship to s.s. “Abbedijk”.
This freighter is a Victory ship of the Dutch company Holland America Line.
Why the name Abbedijk ? Well, it was my first ship as apprentice engineer officer in 1960.
I don’t know how to place some pictures on your website. Maybe you will do it for me.
