Posted by: colin« on: 04 March 2019, 08:43:32 »Dortmund is one of the biggest shows in Europe that caters for i would say just about every type of modelmaker, not just the normal Planes/Helicopters, Boats, Trucks, Railways.. but also fairground, and all sorts..
by the way, i have been going to Dortmund since the 1980's every year, and will be there this year in Hall 5.. there is also the trade fair in Lipzig, this is more of a toy trade fair, with just one hall for the modelmakers.. a rather large an new trade fair is in Friedrichshafen.. worth a visit.. I just wanted to know if any of you had been over seas to any rc boat shows/exhibitions.. If so, where and what would you recommend... Ive been looking at this Dortmund show coming up in April, and considering the flight is less that 90 mins and you can get a return flight for £40, I was thinking of going over on the Saturday and seeing the show. possibly staying for one night.. are there any better shows going on anywhere?? is the Dortmund show any good?
