Hello everyone from a total newbie
« on: 13 August 2022, 16:53:08 »
Hi everyone,

As I say in my subject, I’m a total newbie to building RC boats, but ever since I saw a working model of a County Class destroyer when I was a kid (now 40 years ago!), I’ve wanted to build one.
I’ve got back into static ship models again in the last year, but have my eye on a Deans Marine boat on eBay. Hence now coming to the main site.
I’d love to hear any advice or tips based on me not knowing a thing  ^^^

Thanks Ron, I’m sure those will help when I start building.

By the way……I bought it  :)

Like I said, I’m totally new so what sort of controller gear do I need, batteries, paint etc, please?
