 @ Arno, i did not see the steam plants working, so i am not to sure what heat the boiler gives off, but i guess if some sort of heat shield was used then you could probably install one of these units into any model of reasonable size. the ship in the last photo is a miniature version of the Rix Harrier this miniature model is not available as a kit, but its bigger version is if you click on the link. I like the twin Steam Engine. Do you think it might be possible to install it in a ship like the Hudson Firth? Or will the superstructure melt if made out of styrene? What about the ship on the last pic - is it a new kit of a merchant ship? I hope to participate at the open days in the future.
