Hi Simon. Nice build. I'm just starting Yarra . I have the propshafts in and am battling with the korts. I drilled the rudder post holes where they seemed to be marked in the hull moulding but they are too close to the korts to allow the rudder to swing. Did you have to fill and re-drill ?  Or am I lost already ?

Hiya, i fitted the korts before i did the rudders. I then drilled the 2 resin pieces and measured to drilled hole from the kort if this makes sense

Thanks for that. In my instruction leaflet it mentions drilling the rudder holes in the same para as drilling the elongated propshaft opening. .i had not picked up the placement of the Y53's. In fact I cannot find them mentioned. A least it explains the 55mm abraded area behind the "raised shaft markings".  The picture in the section on mounting the kort appears to show the resin piece being placed right adjacent to the prop frame. Surely the kort will be in between ?  Your picture has saved me a lot of correctional work later. Thanks ! If all else fails, - read the instructions ?
