In English: Hi to all,
The O.L. is finished, only missing the sea trials and some finishes. She is not as perfect as your models are, but I am satisfied, it took me 3 years though. Thanks to all of you and especially Doc for the patience he had and has in assisting translating and advice. A thank you to D.M. for their assistance when we talked about the orders. Thanks to all of you as well for having me accepted.
Thank you for your compliments, it is a pleasure for me to help you and translate, I can practice languages doing so. Good luck for the trials!

In English: Hi everybody, Finally I have finished the roof and fixed the bridge, the door handles, the handle bar at the stern hatch. Unfortunately I have some issues with the motorization.

In English: Hi Doc, I have checked everything, until two weeks ago all worked fine, now I think the ESC does not deliver any current. I have removed everything but the rudder. Tomorrow I will do some dry tests. Regards.
@Mimmo: se hai un altro esc, provi se funziona con questo, if you have another esc, try if it works with that one

Sera ,Doc
A risentirci

In English: Good evening Doc, I have taken at a time the esc, battery and the receiver off the Crete and have replaced those of the OL. It was the receiver which did not work, some dents were damaged. Thanks for the help and assistance, now I will fix the rudder which has become loose. Regards
Maybe you could repair the rx soldering the broken dent?

In English: Thanks doc, after the replacement everything works fine. Latest modifications before the maiden voyage which will take place tomorrow at 10.30 hrs. Well, the constructers probably will not like it but I preferred to fix a single seat instead of the bank, and I have replaced the small boat by a small table and a bank. I made the modifications because I could not find a solution to lower the small boat.
Regards
@Mimmo: buona fortuna per il varo domani!! Hai fatto bene la modifica
good luck for the maiden voyage tomorrow!! you did well the modifications

Buon giorno e Buon Anno a tutti.

In English: Hi and a Happy New Year to all of you.
The 29th of December, after 3 years the Oulton Lady was put into the water, emotions were great and made me confident to start the new Pilot build.
Unfortunately the video has 140 mb and I cannot compress it, but there she is in the water, without adding ballast the water line you have suggested is perfect.
Another thought, if someone has not already built her it proves that she is fantastic and wonderful in the water.
Thanks to all of you for that first and new experience and a special thank you to Doc, my tutor.
- I am very happy that the maiden voyage was a big success.I know the feeling pretty well when a model gets into the water for the first time. A Happy New Year to all of you from me as well!
