Devcon is ideal for Expoxy work on shafts and rudders into the hull.  5 minute stuff is good but beware Devcon 5 minute is just that - sometimes quicker if more hardener is used.  You have little time for adjustment.  Devcon also do a Two Ton version which sets in 30 minutes - more time for adjustments which you may find better.

Not sure why you wouldn't be happy with it.  Your completed build is going to be quite substantial and heavy.  That stand looks okay from across a couple of oceans.  A lick of varnish and wood stain and it will go very nicely with a completed build, cover the cradles where the boat rests with some rubber - an old mouse mat cut up is ideal so the paintwork is protected and it will do its job just right - to support the boat and protect the shafts and korts.  Won't bend or warp and will take a knock or two.

Hi mike

You think looks good enough?
I guess ill just leave it at that for now then
Ill be using a rubber intead of the mouse pad
all I have to do is glue the rubber with liquid nail and that should keep the rubber in place
I think I made the cradle to short its only 16 inchess long
but the if im not mistaken that's what the instructions said 16 inchess

Is this the paper I supposed to traced it on to cut the hull
How could you use this to trace it?
Its a flimsy paper

ill trace it on a card board first?
Then use laid it againts the hull
and make the mark

Use some tracing paper to get copies of the various openings.  You should have some off cuts of plastic from the ends of some sheets/  Use these to make solid templates for each of the openings but cut them undersize by 1mm all round. and then take measurements using the plans which should be exact where each opening starts and then place the templates against the hull and draw round them in soft pencil.  When you draw round them the shape you draw will be around 1mm larger than the template due to the end of the pencil hence why you need to cut the template 1mm smaller (see above).  Use the dremel but I suggest you use the diamond cutter for the large openings such as the V shaped cut out that is roughly 1/4 back from the stern and also the 'gate; just ahead of that.  For the freeing ports I suggest you use a series of small drill holes linked together until you get a solid opening then file with a flat small file.  SLower but you can work your way up much neater to the line you have drawn.  Use series of drilled holes for the prop shafts to extend them to a wider opening/

Hi mike

I have made the tracing on the hull
but I made a mistake
I for got theres a 1.5 mm
on those small holes and the line outside the hull
its a good thing I didnt cut the hull yet

those small holes are sitting on top that line
there should be a 1.5mm gap
