I was just wondering if anyone had a technique for accurately cutting small circles out of plasticard (for bollards, reels etc)? I have a compass cutter that goes down to 10mm but below this not getting great results!

I use a leather punch for making smaller circles. Picked this setup from Ebay.

You can also use brass tubing sharpened on the end. Kinda of a cheap way of doing it but it works
