after building boats from trumpeter, artesania and Caldercraft i decided to purchase a kit from Deans Marine, I wanted to buil my first fibreglass hull. I choose HMS Dreadnought, and to be honest, after opening the box, I was not overwelmed. cutting your own parts out of plastic was rather new for me. when I got used to this kind of building, I learned to appreciate the kit. After building some weeks I really enjoy it and I love the white metall parts. Overall a very beautiful ship, maybe not for the beginner, but a challenge to build. suddenly not my last Deans Marine. In the future I want to buy a steam tug and ofcourse HMS Hannibal is on the list. I wonder when or if they bring HMS Hood on the market!!
