A shallow water inshore minesweeper, She was constructed at Arnhem Scheepsbouw maatschappij starting on the 28/11/58, launched in 17 May 1960 and in service from Dec 1960. There are 8 ships in the class and are still in service today as training ships for the Royal Dutch Navy.
Glass fibre hull with deck fender and side fenders moulded in to the hull.
