Plated glass fibre hull with loading doors and porthole detail moulded into the hull. Decks are of 1mm plastic to give lots strength for this small but heavy model with lots of carrying power. The planked midships deck are from "planked" cast vinyl for rapid assembly and fine detail as are the "teak" hold covers.
Plenty of cast metal fittings, for winches, deck fittings etc plus brass etchings for ladders and brass wire for rigging the cast metal stanchions. Vacforms for the boats, funnel and all hold covers are included. The superstructure is of 1mm plastic. A FULL SIZE PLAN is the basis for the instructions along with a comprehensive instruction book with picture assembly sequences.
