In English: The kit arrived in time for Christmas.
I have to say that after a first check the glassfibre hull is excellent quality. The materials are very well made, the laser cuts are perfect without burrs. The accessories are made from white metal and the kit also provides the rudder and the propshaft. The kit comes with step by step instructions and pictures of the various stages of the build.
Next time will show the build

In English: Hi to all, here are the first photos of this build. I have spent a lot of time to study the history of both ships and I still do not know which one to build, so meanwhile I am working at the motors and the hull. I started drilling the holes for the propshafts and rudder and made a dry fit of the propellers.
Kind regards

Ben ritrovati,

In English: Hi all, slowly the build is progressing and after some difficulties with the rudder (I have extended the rudder tube) and the servo support (I have replaced the wooden strips by uprights) I have installed the running gear.
Now I only have to realign the bridge.
Kind regards

In English: Unfortunately I think I might go crazy as I do not find a proper solution to fix the rudder. As a consequence I cannot fix the deck as the servo arm would hit this. I have been thinking to put the deck higher, can please someone help me who has built this model?
Thanks and kind regards

Hi
trim the top of the tube down it only has to be  over the waterline by 3/4mm
the top of the rudder fits in to the small hatch over the rear so you can access the tiller if you need
pics of my one
 hope this helps
