The ship has full RC system, Steam ship engine sounds timed with the prop. Full Navel ship sounds. The ship also has steam for the funnel.
The sound system is divided in two with separate speakers.
The ship is running on 2 large batteries. One drives the RC and one the accessories. I have installed a power converter to drop the voltage for the lights to be installed in the ship. Red for the wheel house and Running lights and lights on the super structure. The ship has a automatic bilge pump to save the ship. The ship has been dived into water tight compartments with the water able to run under the electronics back to the
bilge.
Water tested she floats just above her fully laddened line.
When I am done I think a RC German Uboat is calling my name. Lol
The ship will be super detailed. I plan on not only using it for RC, but also on my train layout in the harbor.
I plan on laying her on pexy glass and then detailing a full deep harbor
under her.
This is my first ship. I am at the one year mark, however I had to take 6 months off to move and have started in again.
As soon as I can figure out how to down load pictures I have detailed pictures of every step.
