Can anyone tell me where to get nav lights suitable for a Deans Solebay. I am running it on a 6v power system

Hey Speedy, I use led lighting on my ships. They can be run on 1.5v up to 12v. I can run 50 leds on 9volts for a good while and on 12v for days. Also they do not get hot like the 3v bulbs. You can get them from just about anywhere they carry railroad model supplies and they come in all colors. They come as solids, or flashing aswell. Hope this helps. ^^^

jup... LED's are your best bet, nice and small, and as stated don't get worm, and used less power.

available in the UK in most good electronic component shops, you might find them in Maplins but they would be the standard size LED

i use micro SMD LED's as can be seen in my Liz Terkol Build the first photo, the little white dots in between the wire
