First Run Kits

Deans Marine runs a continuous upgrade programme on all production kits, in order to assist this system and we run the First run kits system on new releases.

When a new kit is released to the market, a limited 1st run is produced. These kits are allocated on a first booked system and are generally released to the UK customers on a discounted price.

The kit is then taken out of production.

We hope that with feedback from the customers on the fist kits we can correct or make any improvements to the kit of presentation that the builder feels will impove the product or make the assembly more of a plesure.
We find that small things can improve the kit experience, such as a picture of an assembly from a different angle, the rewriting of an assembly instructions, a little more material such as balsa or brass wire, etc., as much as we try to think of everything, we are only human beings.

We welcome input and suggestions from our customers to help us improve the product.

When we are satisfied that any corrections that are required have been carried out the kit is then released worldwide to the shops and this then fixes the normal retail price.
